It's CONTEST time...
... and I want YOU to design a dragon! But not just any dragon - a dragon from the Realm of Ortosis! Here's a little information about the dragons of Ortosis.

"Dragons, also known colloquially as Wyrms, are the most ancient sapient species on the world of Amura . Although they are a shapeshifting species and have the ability to take any humanoid form, they are rarely seen outside their true shape, that of a vast, winged reptile." [READ MORE HERE.]

Q: Are Dragons limited to one single humanoid form, or can they take whatever form they like?

A: From the Wiki: "Dragons are a very varied species. Being creatures of immeasurable magic, their physical form is influenced by their desires and personality traits, and as such can change over the course of centuries, usually in order to remain in line with the Dragon's own tastes."

Now, your dragon design can come in any format. You can write a creative piece with your dragon in it, or simply a detailed profile. You may want to draw a character sheet, or paint a study of your dragon. You might choose to paint him or her in their dragon form and their humanoid form, or just one of those. But it must be obvious that what you have drawn is indeed a dragon. I will accept any medium for this contest.

Aside from the details contained in the Wiki above, we don't know a lot about our dragons. So, if you decide to invent some power, some element they can control, some extra physical feature - that's fine! I want creativity! The more creative your entry the better!

All submissions should be noted to ME, ~warpiggg.

I will be reviewing all submissions, and if any of the rules, which are listed below, aren't adhered to, I will note you back with the opportunity to fix the problem. If the problem isn't fixed by the closing date of the contest [29th February, 2012] then you will be disqualified.

Rules
Only new art will be accepted as entries.
Only one (1) entry per person!
No collaborations - it would be too tricky to split the prizes fairly.
All entries are revisable up until the closing date, provided all edits are noted to me.
Mature images are allowed if they are marked as mature!
All resources and references must be credited in the description!
You must include a link to this journal in your description.

Design a DragonBasics
Name: Kelek'ere'arvin – the Shadow of the Eagle. Also known as Kelvin.
Age:   Unknown. More than 800 years for sure, though.
Gender:   Male
Race:   Dragon that shapeshifts into a Frost Elf.
Alignment:   To his own ends

Physical
Skin tone:   Scales are dusty gray in dragon form. In Frost Elf form the skin is the usual paler color but with a darker tinge than true Frost Elves.
Hair:   In Elf form it is the usual gray-white color with a charcoal streak or two that can be hidden if desired
Eyes:   Black
General build:  In dragon form the tip of his wing reaches 41'. In Elf form he is just above 6' – he was unable to
