The "Help A Starving Artist Buy An Intuos 4" FundI'm broke - work isn't rostering me and I can't get any governmental support. In order to do what I love, I need new equipment, and if I want to buy something new, well I may as well get the best there is
So, I want an Intuos 4 Graphics Tablet. Mine is ancient and the rubber grip on the pen has come off, making it impossible to draw for more than two hours at a time (I used to go for like, fourteen hour stints.)Hence, I am opening commissions. All prices are negotiable, and I am always willing to work within your budget on a particular piece of art.
The HASABAI4 Fund so far:

Disclaimer: I can, and will draw just about anything, however, as an artist I have the right to refuse any commission that I feel compromises my integrity. That doesn't mean I'm not into risque things! Test the water - send me a note and see. The worst that can happen is that I will politely refuse
Please click here for my art status before noting me about commissions!THE PRICELISTAll Animals: $5Pixelled or painted, if you want an animal drawn, whether it's a portrait or a full body, will only cost you a flat rate of $5. This doesn't cover anthros. I will only do original characters for this, because I don't want to wind up having to do photo-realistic pet portraits for $5

[link][link][link][link][link][link]Lineart: $5 - $15As is the way with Lineart, it's simple. I don't line backgrounds, and I can do them either with the pen tool (for solid lines) or by hand (for more feathery, sketchy lines). Here are some examples of my lines:
[link][link][link][link][link][link]Simple Character Drawing: $10 - &20 Just a simple shot of your character in a neutral pose. Add $2.50 for each extra character, for up to 5 characters. These have a simple background or no background. Here are some examples:
[link][link][link]Portrait: $15 - $20A shoulders (or even waist up) drawing of your character(s). I'm not spectacular at them yet but I AM working on them! Currently, they'll just have simple or no backgrounds, until I'm more confident with them. Here are some examples:
[link][link][link][link][link]Detailed Character Drawing: $25 - $50The price of this really depends on what you're after. At it's absolute basic, this drawing will have your character(s) fully coloured, with a more detailed background and in a more dynamic pose. Obviously it's open to discussion n_n but when you get this kind of drawing, you're paying for the best I can possibly give you. Here are some examples:
[link][link]Other Stuff: $??Obviously, as these are commissioned work, they're all open to suggestions and subject to price fluxuations. If you have something in mind, note me and we'll negotiate a more accurate price. Thanks very much for your time, I do appreciate all expressions of interest!

elvenfall, also known as Lysandra, is a 22 year old artist from the Czech Republic. She has been studying at Holler's Art School for quite some time (and, in her words, probably for some time further, as she's a chronic student). She shares with me an obsession with cats, and proudly states that many of her characters were inspired by the creatures.
Lysandra has a webcomic, World Without Name, that is well worth the read -- If you can handle Czech

If not, it's still worth a browse. The art within it is great, and you pick up traces of an impossibly intricate storyline along the way.

I absolutely adore her art, especially the chibis of her characters n_n Here are a few thumbnails so you get the idea of what she's into

Please, check her out!

akeira-chan lives in Texas with her husband and six cats - Maia, Caboose, Ifrit, Reikei, Oome, and Freya - and her dog, Ceras. Quite evidently she is an animal lover. She openly blames Pokemon for starting her off on her artistic journey, more specifically Bulbasaur and Gyarados. She now owes her inpiration to Freya (cat number 6) and her fans and friends here on DA.
Akeira-chan also has a webcomic, called You Must Draw. It's only a few pages in (as far as I have seen) but already it's really interesting, with very smooth looking proffessional lines. Definately something to check out!!

Her work is amazing

Normally I shy away from anything in an overly anime style, but this is just breathtaking stuff now! Definately check her out and look into the comic, too!

Burntool is 19 and from Norway. She didn't discover drawing digitally until about eighteen months ago, but has been photoshopping wildly since then. She loves drawing women since she is one herself, but has recently branched into drawing males. She credits her inspiration as coming from DA and other such art sites - "When I see pics made by very talented people. I get the "OMG, I wanna be able to make something like that!" feeling and get my tablet (which I bought 3 months ago, my best purchase ever btw) right away and start drawing." to quote her directly

With some great and diverse style, you should seriously check this gallery to get the idea of it... It's hard to sum it up in one sentence... Just LOOK!

98% of Deviants don't know the difference between "your" and "you're." If you're one of the 2% that wants to punch 'em, put this in your sig.
